Terminology
‘Garagedoorsonline’ constitutes Garagedoorsonline Limited and any other connected company that supplies the goods ordered by you from Garagedoorsonline web site.
‘We and Us’ denotes Garagedoorsonline either alone or together with you, as the context dictates.
You’ denotes the person ordering the goods subject to these terms and conditions (the customer);
‘Working day’ to be interpreted as Monday – Friday excluding English statutory public holidays.
We may at any time make changes to this site and the details displayed on it (including prices).
Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
Order Acceptance
All orders are accepted based on the information that you supply. It is the responsibility of you, the customer to ensure all details supplied are accurate to your requirements. We cannot accept any responsibility for any door, operator, spares or accessories that you order incorrectly nor can we restock doors, operators, spares or accessories or accept returns.
Payments
The payment due for the goods that you order is that shown against the product on this website. The prices shown are exclusive of vat which will be added on when you complete your order. Delivery charges are also detailed on this website. Garagedoorsonline must receive full payment including any delivery charges before your order can be accepted. An email will be sent to you acknowledging your order and the total cost of that order. When you have confirmed your acceptance of this acknowledgement of by email to Garagedoorsonline.co.uk the payment will be taken from your credit or debit card by Garagedoorsonline and you order will then be processed.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 2 working days of your placing the order with Garagedoorsonline by emailing us at Garagedoorsonline.co.uk. A refund will be made to the card that you paid with within 3 working days of the cancellation being received by Garagedoorsonline.
Deliveries
Delivery will normally be within the times scales published on our website. You will be contacted 3 days prior to the day we will be delivering your order. You will be required to provide assistance to offload your order from the delivery vehicle. You (or your nominated representative who must be over the age of 18) must sign a proof of delivery document upon receipt of the delivery of your order. We limit the delivery to the kerbside or driveway only – we cannot further transport or move the product delivered to another location. We cannot guarantee any delivery slot and are unable to accept any consequential liability whatsoever should we be unable to deliver any product for any reason at a given time. Should we be unable to complete your delivery due to you not providing able assistance to offload, the products in question will remain on the delivery vehicle and will not be redelivered until Garagedoorsonline receives a further delivery charge of £50. Re-delivery will then be scheduled and you will be advised of the date for the delivery.
Warranty
To claim under the terms of any warranty you will need to notify us of the manufacturing fault by email to Garagedoorsonline. You will need to include the original order number in this mailing together with full details of your claim. Garagedoorsonline will contact the manufacturer who will arrange to inspect the product. The manufacturer will determine whether the problem is a valid warranty claim. Should the problem be covered under the terms of the warranty the manufacturer will either repair the product or replace the produce on a supply only basis. Should the problem not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty terms a charge may be made to you by Garagedoorsonline for the visit by the manufacturer.
All products must be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and guide lines. Failure to comply with the manufacturer instructions will render the warranty invalid.
Terms and conditions of all manufacturers warranties are available on request.
Garagedoorsonline will not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason for any delay delivering any product if such delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of Garagedoorsonline including (but not limited to) Act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident, war, threat or hostilities, sabotage, civil disturbance, acts and regulations of any authority, import or export regulations, industrial disputes, difficulties in obtaining materials or labour, power failure or machinery breakdown.
Alterations to Terms and Conditions
Garagedoorsonline reserve the right to alter or revise these terms and conditions at any time. It is the obligation of the user to routinely check these terms. Visiting the web site of Garagedoorsonline will constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions, including recent changes.
General
Garagedoorsonline has made all reasonable efforts to ensure that all information provided through Garagedoorsonline web site on the Internet is accurate at the time of inclusion, however should there be inadvertent errors Garagedoorsonline apologises.
