The side hinged GRP Wessex garage doors are available to purchase on our website and feature one price for any size and the doors are made to order in width and height and also come complete with a steel fixing sub frame as standard factory fitted feature ready for easy installation. Maximum ordering width is 8 feet (2438mm) with heights up to 7'6" (2286mm). Steel fixing sub frames come factory fitted as standard in a choice of finishes.

All of the Wessex GRP side hinged doors doors are produced as either the Classic and Exclusive version.
The Classic range features open backed internal surface with white powder coated steel bracing. The Classic retains all of the benefits of GRP but has been priced to make it an affordable and a very acceptable option to the Wessex Exclusive range. The locking arrangements on the Classic door range is a Yale lock night latch and a pair of monkey tail shoot bolts to the inactive leaf as standard - however if security is a particular issue it can be easily upgraded to a multi point (four lever) Euro lock on the active leaf together with top and bottom steel shoot bolts fitted to the inactive leaf. The Classic Cheltenham, Newbury, Warwick and Boston all have a multi point (four lever) Euro lock on the active leaf together with top and bottom steel shoot bolts fitted to the inactive leaf.
The Wessex Garage Doors Exclusive range is based on the equivalent of the four crown GRP up and over door, with the bracing on the rear of the door being fully covered with a sheeting of smooth GRP. This covering certainly prevents ingress of dirt and grime to the rear of the door, it also adds to the rigidity and robustness of the panel. All Exclusive doors are fitted with a multi point (four lever) Euro lock on the active leaf together with top and bottom steel shoot bolts fitted to the inactive leaf.
Optional Sub Frames
All the doors come pre-framed as standard (sizing of 50mm or 65 mm) in a choice of white, brown or black plastisol. Another upgrade option is foil laminated steel frames, which compliment some the woodgrain colour finishes.
