The Icon pedestrian steel doorset is one of the most robust uninsulated steel pedestrian door for your garage or workshop, bridging a specification gap between double skinned and single skin steel doorsets in terms of door panel strength.

This Icon Medium Horizontal pedestrian doorset presents a traditional style of door to suit almost any property, with a timeless wider horizontal boarded design, available in 32 standard prefinished colours so you never have to paint the door or sub frame once installed.

The Icon range presents a hinged steel side door and aluminium fixing sub frame sitting between the specification of the double skinned range and the single skin, using all the best parts of the insulated doors in terms of strength, weathersealing and locking.
The door leaf is reinforced in multiple locations and the final rigidity of the door is exceptional, further enhanced with built in rubber seals and a higher specification locking and handles.
They are obviously designed to match the GDO Icon hinged garage doors but are also strongly recommended to be a side door for almost any other garage door.

* Made to measure sizes as standard at no extra cost. Simply select the Overall Width and Overall Height including the factory fitted steel sub fixing frame, which is finished in the same colour as the door selection.

* Rubber gasket seals built into the sub frame as standard for the best weatherseal and no rattling in high winds.
* 3 dimensional hinges as standard for maximum adjustment in all directions.

With the more robust braced panel construction comes the robust handle and door locking, using a latch and deadlock system as standard. Adjustable keep for precise latching.
Internal thumb turn for effortless daily operation.

A matching pedestrian access door to the Medium Vertical design Icon side hinged garage door.  Can also be used for any domestic or light commercial applications where insulation isn't necessarily required.
All necessary hardware, locking, floor threshold and aluminium sub frame are supplied as standard, you simple choose your door size required, the handing of the door leaf and a colour.

These doors are outward opening as standard. Inwards opening is available as a no cost option, if required please contact us to manually process the order.

All Icon pedestrian doors are factory preassembled with all seals, hardware, locking and outer sub frame prefitted for the easiest and fastest on site installation

T1.Warranty Period.

A warranty covering the safe and reliable operation of the garage door for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase is given to the original purchaser.

The purchaser is given a 2 year warranty for all springs; tracks; rollers; and hinges for normal use, whereby normal use constitutes no more than 5 operations (open/close) per day. We recommend that they are inspected annually by a competent engineer. The warranty period for replacement parts is 6 months or for the remainder of the warranty period.

2. Requirements.

Warranty is valid in the country where the garage door was purchased.

The product must have been purchased through one of our authorised partners and a barcode and receipt of purchase provided.

The warranty only covers damage to the garage door.

3. Performance.

During the warranty period we will rectify defects to the Fort product that can be proved to be material or manufacturing faults. At our discretion we will either exchange; repair; or reduce the price. We will not accept any costs for dismantling; installation; or delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Improper transport and fitting.

Repairs by non-qualified or non competent individuals.

External influences such as fire, water, alkaline solutions, acid, bird droppings or abnormal atmospheric pollution.

The use of non Fort Doors parts without the approval of the manufacturer.

Additional Information

It is a fundamental condition of this guarantee that the product has been installed, maintained and serviced correctly and is used solely for the purpose for which it was designed.

Incorrect installation, maintenance and service will invalidate this warranty.

The door must be kept in a clean condition and free from impact damage.

Ordered as overall frame size. Pre-framed as standard. Frame is 50mm per side on the width and 50mm across the top of the door.
