GDO Classic Steel Side Hinged Garage Door Colours
Every GDO Classic steel side hinged garage door is available in the same 32 colours, whichever design you choose and whether you order a standard size or a purpose made door. The doors are finished in a low gloss powder coat over galvanised steel, and the 50mm steel frame can be supplied in white or matched to the door colour.
Three colours have no surcharge. The other 29 are available for a surcharge, which is shown when you select the colour on the product page.

Choosing your colour
- Colours on screen are a guide only, as every phone and monitor shows colour slightly differently. Please check against a RAL chart or a physical sample before ordering.
- Matching the door to your windows or front door usually gives the neatest result. Most uPVC and aluminium windows are made in RAL colours, so the RAL number is the best way to compare.
- Anthracite Grey RAL 7016 is the closest match for the dark grey windows found on many newer homes.
- Darker colours absorb more heat in direct sun, which is worth bearing in mind on a south facing garage.
- Chartwell Green is a British Standard colour (BS 14 C 35) rather than RAL, and is often chosen for period and listed properties.
* Doors fitted within 250m of the coastline or an inland estuary are exempt from the paint finish warranty.
