The GDO Pro 51 range of steel side hinged doors offer the highest specification in our GDO range, with the highest levels of security and insulation, with a door panel thickness of 51mm. They are insulated door leaves with thermally broken profiles and a double skin steel panel construction with rubber seals on the door leaf and outer steel sub frame.

This door has a polyisocyanurate thermal core for industry leading insulation levels, with a thermally broken threshold, frame and door leaf , preventing energy loss by removing heat conducting bridges between the inside and outside of the door.

Thermally broken threshold with ramped design for enhanced access and efficiency in sealing.

A level floor is required for maximum effectiveness of any threshold.

This door has a U value of 1.4W/m2K (based on 2250 x 2040 door size), making it perfect for anyone using their garage for another room, or of course wanting to treat their vehicle inside with the utmost care.

* Made to measure sizes as standard at no extra cost - simply choose the Overall Width and Overall Height which also includes the factory fitted steel sub fixing frame, finished in the same colour as the door colour selection. Sizes available up to 2750mm wide and 2340mm high

* Available as a 50:50 or 1/3rd and 2/3rd panel split

* Double seals to the door leaf and frame to protect against dust and weather. A gasket between door leaf frame and panel helps further seal the doors when closed.

* Concealed shoot bolts on the slave leaf - top and bottom.

* 3 point mortice and hook locking as standard

* 3 star anti snap security cylinder as standard

* 3 dimensional hinges as standard for maximum adjustment in all directions.

* Steel bracing to the rear of the door panels for a more rigid final door leaf.

* Internal door panel faces are flat and free from joints for a clean finish

With the more robust outdoor panel construction comes the robust handle and door locking, using a latch and deadlock system as standard. Adjustable keep for precise latching.

Internal thumb turn for effortless daily operation. Panels are mounted in specially extruded aluminium surrounds and completed with an aluminium frame. All components are precision machined for the ideal combination of high-grade engineering, great performance and

stunning good looks.

GDO also offer matching pedestrian access doors in the same 51mm double skinned panel build for ultimate insulation and security. Widths up to 1320mm wide and 2286mm high with the same lever handle and deadlock arrangement.

3 Point Locking
For an added level of security, 3 point locking with twin hood locks, comes as standard.

Hinges
All hinges come colour matched, of a slim design and are adjustable in 3 directions for ease of alignment of the leaves.

Seals
Double seals to the door leaf and frame help protect against the weather and limit dust and debris entering your garage

Handle Options
Available in Bronze effect (dark brown appearance), Gold effect or Satin effect options.

Door Stays Are now fitted as standard at no extra charge.

Available in a choice of 32 colour options, the paint finish is a highly durable powdercoat ripple texture giving an attractive finish and excellent resilience.

These insulated hinged doors have all the difficult parts pre assembled already and delivered to you is a complete doorset.
You simply have to offer the doors in their prefitted frame into the opening and secure the fixing frame and then adjust levels in the process.

A level floor is essential for the best results and a square aperture also makes installation easier but there are adjustments all round and in all directions.

2-year Product guarantee

The standard guarantee of 2 years is given to the holder of the product that covers all parts and the panel providing the serial number is readable, intact and in place. Factory applied paint finishes are 2 years on steel doors that have standard colours applied.

The product is given a 2 year warranty for hinges and locking for normal use whereby normal use consists of no more than 5 operations (open/close) per day. We recommend the product is inspected and serviced annually by a competent engineer from the garage door industry, the warranty for parts replaced by an engineer or for supply only is 6 months or for the remainder of the warranty period. If warranty work is carried out the product guarantee does not extend past the anniversary of installation/ supply date.
