Measuring the width

Measure your garage structural opening width in several places and then add the width of the 2 guide channels, 75mm each (150mm total) or 90mm each (180mm total) on larger doors (see table). You then have the total overguide width for ordering your door.

i.e. brick to brick = 2250mm plus 150mm for the guides gives an overall width of 2400mm wide. This is the ordering size in the ordering or quotation process on this site.

Measuring the height

Measure from your floor level to the underside of the lintel and then measure inside the garage to see if you have a minimum clearance internally of 300mm (350mm for taller doors - (see chart). If you do not have the headroom internally this simply means you will lose some drive through height and to calculate the drive through height take the overall height internally from floor to ceiling and deduct 300mm (350mm on taller doors) and then a further 50mm (bottom slat hangdown).

i.e garage floor to inside ceiling is 2450mm deduct 300mm and a further 50mm and your drive through height will be 2100mm.

The Seceuroglide roller doors are always ordered as the guide height NOT the total height including the endplates.
i.e door ordered as 2100mm high will be 2400mm overall height including the roll and endplates.

Outside Installation

If you need to install the Seceuroglide on the external face of your garage the full hood cover will be necessary.
All other dimensions are the same as for internal installation.
Be aware that the control box and receiver is not waterproof so will need placing inside the garage and the standard manual override provided will be externally fitted with a lockable plate on the hood cover.
The laminate woodgrain colour options are also not applicable in outside installations as the woodgrain finish is only applied to the 'front' face of the curtain.
