Measuring the width

Measure the structural opening width in several places to find the tightest measurement and then deduct a small tolerance of about 10mm to obtain your ordering width including the guides. i.e. your brick to brick width is 2275mm then deduct 10mm and your ordering width is 2265mm.

Measuring the height

Measure from the floor to the underside of lintel height, again in several places, then deduct the 300mm or 350mm (see chart) to give your guide height (ordering size.)

i.e. garage floor to the underside of the lintel is 2180mm then deduct 300mm and your ordering height is 1880mm (deduct 50mm to give you the drive through height, in this case 1830mm)
