When fitting behind the opening (internal face fit), your ordering width should normally match the structural brickwork opening width so the guides sit flush behind your piers. If you are fitting in-between the brickwork opening, you must subtract the guide widths (75mm each side up to 3000mm, or 105mm each side over 3000mm) from your brickwork opening to determine your ordering width.
• Ordering height (Guide Height): ordering height follows standard roller door sizing. It is the Guide Height measured from the finished floor to the top of the side guide channels (the underside of the lintel or fascia box). This ordering height does NOT include the hood cover dimensions.

Most brands are ordered by their total overall width including guides, but Hormann roller doors are always ordered by the clear in-between guide width. Understanding this distinction ensures your door arrives in the exact size you need.

• Ordering width = In-Between Guide Width: this is the clear opening measurement between the inside faces of the two vertical side guide channels. It is not the total overall width.
